Finance Committee

The Finance Committee is tasked to meet several times a year and in its role, its duty is to:

• draft the annual District budget in accordance with By-Law 6

• implement the budgetary process according to By-Law 6

• recommend the disposition of District budgetary surplus

• act as an advisory body to the District on financial and budgetary matters

• determine the application of any District levy in an equitable manner

• elect the District treasurer
