- To encourage members to take action in support of public education and the broader labour movement.
- To educate, engage and prepare members to participate in the collective bargaining process.
- To increase member engagement and active participation in the Federation, with a focus on Branch executives and the In-School Staffing Committee (ISSC).
- To continue to encourage and support members’ reporting of violent incidents and health and safety concerns in the workplace.
- To encourage participation in our work towards becoming a more equitable, inclusive and diverse union.
- To review and update Unit Policies and Procedures, as well as the Election Handbook.
