Member Engagement Committee

The Member Engagement Committee is tasked with supporting and developing engagement between members and the Federation. This includes the OSSTF at large, as well as the Teachers Bargaining Unit in particular.

The Member Engagement Committee is responsible for organizing and managing a plan for engagement that will focus on the following key areas:

• Engaging New Members

• Outreach to Members

• Increasing Federation involvement at the local, district, and provincial level

• Mentorship and support of members seeking leadership opportunities
